Southern Highlights
A tour of Victoria's southern coast and central highlands - 9 days

The Southern Highlights trip is a fabulous snapshot of the coast, highlands and historical villages of central and southern Victoria. On this trip we spend two nights at spectacular Wilson's Promontory National Park which boasts Victoria's largest area of coastal wilderness. We travel up through the Bogong High Plains where we experience landscapes that are altogether different from anywhere in the world, with vast plains dominated by the tough and wiry Snow Gum. We visit the historic gold mining village of Beechworth and journey through 'Kelly Country'. From Beechworth we travel west to the mineral springs region of Daylesford where we spend two relaxing evenings. Finally, we travel back to Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road.
